VERY IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING TESTING AREA FLAVORS!!

There has been an important change to the Testing Area, and THIS is your reference to the change. Questions about this change will be directed to this page.

Formerly, the Testing Area items were $4 and a survey was requested. Unfortunately, the majority of testers did not reply with the survey. This lack of response keeps items in the Testing Area for long periods of time, and we have difficulty in determining if the juices need improvement. In an effort to receive more surveys, we are still offering the $1 discount to the items, however that $1 will be given as store credit upon the return of the survey form. The price of each testing area item is now $5 per 6ml bottle (larger sizes still will not be offered), and a new version of the survey which will contain instructions on how to receive the credit upon return will replace the old survey form. It is mandatory to use the provided survey form and fill it out as completely as possible to receive the $1 credit per item tested. Any other reviews received including emails with opinions, posts on forums, etc. will not be considered as true reviews, and credit will not be applied. Only completed survey forms containing your name and order number will be eligible to receive the credit. Please delete any old versions of the survey form you may have and replace them with the most current (which is dated 8/15/11 at the bottom of the page). An important note: Surveys must be received by Ms T's within 10 DAYS of the SHIPPING DATE of your order to receive the $1 credit. We need this info as soon as possible to make timely changes to the flavors.

Many people, particularly first time buyers, may have seen the Testing Area as the “Bargain Basement” instead, where they could purchase cheaper juice. This is obviously not the intention of the Testing Area, and may not be the best first impression of Ms T's flavors since they are in the testing/modification process. We feel this change will allow for more true testers to get their opinions to us before we run out of the small quantities of flavorings we often purchase for testing purposes.

You can still request the survey form on any order (it is its own item in the testing area), and there is no charge for it. If you place an order for the survey form and nothing else, nothing will be charged to you. When you receive your order confirmation email, look at the itemized section at the bottom, and there will be a download link next to the testing area survey item. Clicking this will send you to the website, where you will now have a choice of which format or formats you would like. Use whichever is easiest for you. File formats include:

.pdf – Adobe Acrobat: Great format, but not everyone can modify pdf files.
.doc – MS Word: For Microsoft Word, Open Office, and other compatible software.
.txt – Plain text file: Not the prettiest, but probably the most versatile for general reading/editing.

Please remember, we cannot give credit retroactively, or for items that are not currently in the Testing Area. If you wish to receive credit for your submission, please follow the above instructions. Old survey forms will not be considered for the credit. No credit will be given for surveys on items purchased before the time of the change on 7/7/2011 because the discount was received upon purchase. Again, credit can no longer be given on the survey unless we receive it within 10 days of your order ship date. If you wait too long to submit the info, it may not be relevant to the current version of the flavor, and the flavor may already be out of the testing area.

To make things a little easier to read, there will no longer be subcategories in the Testing Area. All available items will be within the main Testing Area 2.0 category.

This information is very important to us, as it has always been, and we hope that this improvement will expedite the testing process and help to get the testing flavors up to the highest standards you have come to expect from Ms T's Bakery.
