How long does it take to get my order?

There is typically a 4 to 6 day period between the date most orders are placed, and the day they ship. THIS TIME MAY INCREASE depending on current total amount of orders, availability of items within your order, or other factors. Please see the home page or other places on the site for current wait times. We are closed on weekends. Please plan accordingly! All orders are created personally by Ms T and made to order. Ms T does not keep pre-mixed stock on a shelf waiting to be ordered. This ensures the freshest and highest quality product possible. For information on shipping, please see our Shipping Info.


Can I get more info about wait times, checking my status, and what each status message means? 

Order Status Info:

Customers are updated via email as soon as their order status changes. If you received a confirmation email when you placed your order, that means you entered your email address correctly into our system and that you WILL receive status updates automatically. If you haven't received an update, your status has not yet changed. Ms T's does not send out order updates when there has not been a status change.

We apologize when there is a delay but Ms T can only work so fast, and you should make allowances for processing times! Please remember that it is unfair to put your order ahead of someone else's, because you may not like it if we placed orders in front of yours. Orders are created in the chronological order in which they are received. You can check your order under "My Account" on the website, and it will show you the correct status. Calling or emailing for updates on your order will only give you the same information that is available to you on the website.

Again, we apologize for any wait, but please remember: Ms T is the ONLY person creating your juices, and your juices are being mixed a few hours before they ship. We do not do batches that sit around and wait to be shipped! This is a handmade product, and it is not mass produced in 55 gallon drums. Your patience is appreciated. Sometimes life can interfere with processing times. Also, orders are not always shipped on Saturdays, so you may need to also allow a little extra shipping time if your order processing time crosses a weekend.

DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS ENTERED CORRECTLY WHEN YOU CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT. IF IT IS NOT CORRECT, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE STATUS UPDATE EMAILS. IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT, YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTICES, STARTING AS SOON AS YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT.

Awaiting Fulfillment: This means your order has been received successfully and you are in line for processing. Orders are created based on when they were received by us.
Awaiting Shipping: At this point, your order has entered the group that is being created. Depending on when it enters that status, it will USUALLY ship the same day or the next. ONCE IT IS LISTED IN THIS STATUS, CHANGES IN CONTENT OR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAN NO LONGER BE MADE.
Partially Shipped: If you see this status, it means that one or more of the items you requested are unavailable at time of shipping, and part of your order has been shipped. The rest will be shipped separately as it is available.
Shipped: This means your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the US Postal Service. Your tracking number (trackable at usps.com) will be included.

 

What if I notice a mistake I made on my order after I place it?

If you place an order and realize that you made a mistake or want to make a change, please contact us immediately. DO NOT place another order and expect the first one to be refunded and cancelled. Due to credit card processing costs, a refund on the mistaken order will not be reapplied to your card unless you agree to pay the $25 cancellation fee assessed by our credit card processor! Instead, you will receive store credit on your account for future use. As noted above, once your order has entered "Awaiting Shipping" status, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.



Does Ms T's ship outside of the United States?

Yes! We can ship to most other countries around the globe. Please see our Shipping Info for more information and rates.

 

Does Ms T's wholesale?

Is Ms T's Bakery affiliated with any other vendor?

Eco Smoke in Huntsville, Alabama provides quality hardware, accessories, knkow-how and of course Ms T's liquids from their store.

Vapor City In Maine sells an assortment of our e-juice and other hardware products. They are MOBILE in Maine!

Kidneypuncher includes Ms T's e-juice in a super high-end e-cig starter kit that provides a new vaper with only quality products. They do not sell our e-juice online outside of their kits. 

Vapor Den in Berkeley, CA now provides Ms T's juices from their store to the Bay Area in California! They also carry an assortment of electronic cigarettes and accessories!


Can I access Ms T's website on my mobile phone?

YES! Ms T's website is now optimized for Apple (iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch), Android, Blackberry, and Palm operating systems. You can easily order/reorder your favorite items, and you can access your account information, including messages to/from Ms T's, order status, history and wish lists!

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

The preferred methods of payment are Visa or Mastercard. We can not accept American Express. Money orders are accepted (no personal checks), however the order will not be processed until it clears the bank. We can accept PayPal for purchase of store credit, but please email us prior to ordering for instructions.

 

How do I use store credit?

If you have been provided with store credit, using it on an order is simple. During the payment part of the checkout process, you will have two listings under "How would you like to pay?". The first option will say "Pay using my store credit". This should be selected by default, but if not, click the radio button next to it. The payment should proceed, or a pink box should appear saying, "You do not have enough store credit to pay for this order. The remaining $XX.XX will be paid by my Visa or Mastercard" (alternatively, clicking the second radio button that says "Pay using my Visa or Mastercard" will allow you to save your credit for a future order). Agree to the Terms and Conditions of the order, and submit it. The remaining balance of your order will be charged to your credit card. If you just want to check the amount of store credit you have available when not placing an order, log in to your account (if already logged in, click on "My Account" at the very top left of any screen). At the bottom of the right hand column of your account screen it will say "You have $XX.XX of store credit. To use it, simply place your order and you will be able to choose store credit as the payment method when it comes time to pay for your order."

 

How can I contact Ms T's, place an order by phone, get help with the website, or speak with someone in person?

What ingredients does Ms T use?

Our products contain Vegetable Glycerin (VG), Propylene Glycol (PG), and FDA approved food grade flavorings. Nicotine is added as requested. If 0mg juices are ordered, they are guaranteed to contain NO nicotine. Ms T uses only flavors that are approved on the e-juice calculator found on ECF, and of those, only flavors that are made in the USA. All juices are mixed personally by Ms T herself, in the United States. All flavorings used in Ms T's juices are completely free of diacetyl.



Can my order be created with a custom PG/VG mix, just PG, or just VG?

No. All E-Juices are created with Ms T's special proprietary mix of VG and PG. The exact ratio will not be disclosed to the public, but it does contain more VG than PG.


Can Ms T create e-juices with nicotine levels different than what is available on the website?

Yes. Many common nic levels are provided in the dropdowns for each product, but if you need something different, please note it in the order comments during the checkout process. The highest strength Ms T will create is 30mg, and the lowest possible is 5mg.



What if I want a special flavor that can not be found on the website?

Please contact us and tell us what you are looking for. Ms T is willing to try new things, and one never knows... It may become one of our special flavors on the site!

 

What if Ms T's e-juice is not sweet enough for my taste?

Ms T's Sweetener can be purchased on the website. This is Ms T's special mix and contains no sugar. It is a VERY potent sweetener! It can be purchased in a 6ml bottle for $3. Add only ONE DROP to a 6ml bottle of juice, shake to mix, and test. Additional drops can be added to taste, but one drop usually does it. Ms T's does not guarantee or make any claims about what effects our sweetener will have on other vendors' juices, as we do not test them on anything other than Ms T's. DO NOT add sugar to your Ms T's E-juice!

 

What if an e-juice flavor is not what I expected or I don't like it?

What devices are compatible with Ms T's flavors?

Ms T's flavors should work fine with most devices out there. They are tested primarily with 510 atomizers, cartomizers and CE4 style clearomizers. Various batteries are used, including many forms of the eGo, and other 3.7v, 5v, and variable voltage devices. Using a high voltage device could possibly cause a change in flavor, especially when exceding 5v. Vaping past 5v is not recommended at all because too much power will burn the liquid. Juices are tested using the direct drip method, cartomizers, and some "tank" style atomizers/clearomizers. Results may very on tanks because not all of them are designed to adequately wick higher VG content e-juices such as ours. We have received information about varied results, so be aware that some tanks may not work as well with some of our thicker juices. For tanks that use punched cartos, one might benefit from enlarging prepunched holes. Due to the very experimental nature of many devices, Ms T cannot compensate or assume responsibility/liability if any device does not work as expected with her liquids, or if it fails as a result of use with her liquids.  

 

Is my credit card information secure?

YES! Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. The online store accepts credit cards; rest assured that both your credit card information and personal information are protected. We DO NOT save any credit card information. Therefore, we cannot make additions to orders or accept reorders by using a credit card number you have applied in the past.

 

Is my account information with Ms T's private?

Yes it is. Ms T's does not sell or rent your account information to anyone, nor is it provided to any third parties or affiliates. Your information is used only to contact you about your orders, or if you opt in, to send you newsletters every once in a while.

 

What are the health risks and benefits?

Currently, the FDA does not approve of electronic smoking (vaping), and has not yet made a judgement on the safety or health benefits of e-cigarettes. Ms T's juices are not intended to aid in quitting smoking, but instead are an alternative to regular tobacco products. Those with heart or lung conditions should avoid e-cigarettes, as should pregnant or nursing women. These products are not intended for people who do not already use tobacco products, or those who do not already consider themselves to be "smokers". These products are not sold to, marketed to, or intended for anyone under 18 years of age. To make an informed decision about using electronic cigarettes and e-juices, please consult your doctor first. Ms T's juices contain no calories or sugar, and will not raise blood sugar levels.

 

What is Ms T's favorite e-juice?

Ms T prefers Pineapple Juice, Apple Goofy Rancher, Green Apple Lollipop, Mirror Blueberry, Grape-A-Licious, Mountain Pop, Tangerine, Blueberry Bubblegum, Strawberry Gum, Strawberry, Snicerkdoodle, Strawberry Shortcake, Waffle, Butterscotch Pudding mixed with a little French Toast. She also likes her Butterscotch Caramel Cheesecake.


How should I store e-juice during the summer heat?

The weather is warming up! Sunlight and especially heat can be damaging to your juices if they receive too much. Particularly during the summer months, precautions should be taken to protect your juices from untimely spoilage.

Always remember that while you are actively using your juices, it is a good idea to keep them stored in a cool dark place. If you intend to store your juices for longer periods of time, putting them in the refrigerator is recommended. You do not want to put them in the freezer, and bear in mind that some refrigerators may have cold spots where it gets below freezing as well. Of course they will become much thicker while in the refrigerator, but that is ok. When you plan to use them, take them out of the refrigerator and let them warm up to room temperature before use. It doesn't take long.

There are also places where you definitely DON'T want to leave your juices, especially in the summer heat. The temperature inside a locked car can often exceed 130 degrees Fahrenheit! Juices aren't safe in these temperatures, even in the glove box. Take them with you when you leave your car. Remember never to leave your kids, pets or e-juice in the car!

Other obvious places your juices should not be stored are on a window sill or a table that gets lots of direct sunlight, sitting outside in the sun while you swim in the pool, or near stoves/ovens in the kitchen. Depending on where you are, even the inside of a mailbox can get very hot. Every order is provided with a tracking number, so keeping up with the shipping could help. If your package must spend time in a hot mailbox for awhile before you can get to it, allow a little time for the temperatures of the juices drop to inside room temperature before using them.

Excessive heat will be one of the main contributors to short e-juice lifespan, so please remember to take care of them and keep them comfortable.


Why doesn't Ms T sell her e-juice in glass bottles?

Glass is an excellent method for storing e-juice for the long term. Providing our juice in glass would easily raise the price of all liquids, and most customers are not looking to pay more. Ms T's juices are ALL freshly made to order only a few hours before they are shipped, and then typically take three days to arrive to their destination. The plastic bottles we use are of high quality LDPE, and maintain their integrity without degradation for a long period of time. Any plastic (including water bottles) can degrade over time, so if one plans to keep their juice for many months, glass bottles may be desireable. These bottles hold up much better during shipping than glass. It is recommended to purchase one's own set of amber or cobalt blue glass bottles, which can be washed and reused. This will allow you to transfer your liquid to glass and will eliminate the waste and excessive cost of purchasing every bottle of juice in a glass bottle from Ms T. Bottles are available via outlets such as Amazon, or from places like SKS Glass.

 

Can I get some free juice if I plan to do a video review?

Sorry, Ms T's does not provide free juice to reviewers. We like to see honest reviews, and we feel that an unsolicited, unbiased opinion is much more credible. Free juice usually means an automatic good review, and this can be misleading to the public. We receive several emails from people asking for free juice, for which they will give us a good review. Those requests will be referred to this FAQ entry. If you would like to purchase juice and do a review, we would love to have a link emailed to us so we can see how you really feel!


I'm in the military. Do I get a discount?

Ms T has a great respect for the men and women who defend our country. If you are active duty military, please contact us before placing an order to find out how you can get your well-deserved benefit. If you are not using an APO/FPO address, you MAY be required to provide proof of your service. 


Safe use of 30ml bottles

Squeezing these bottles with too much force may result in the dropper popping out and spilling your e-juice! To avoid this, 1) use the included plastic pipette instead of dripping from the bottle, 2) enlarge the hole in the bottle tip by snipping it or widening the hole, 3) transfer the contents to a different container, such as a glass bottle with a bulb dropper. You are responsible for the reasonable use of these containers, and Ms T's will not replace spilled bottles under any circumstances. Using the methods above will ensure that this problem will not occur.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

WAIT TIMES ARE TYPICALLY 4-6 DAYS from order date to ship date. **SOMETIMES DELAYS MAY OCCUR INCREASING THIS WAIT TIME** Know this BEFORE you order, because the fee for refunds on credit card transactions is $25. That cost WILL BE COVERED BY YOU. BY CONTINUING WITH THIS ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS, because you have already been informed about the wait time.

By continuing to place this order, I also agree to the following terms:

I am over 18 years of age and I understand the risks involved with using Ms T's products and with the use of electronic cigarettes in general. I will not hold Ms T's responsible for any negative effects resulting from the use of these products. I am using them at my own risk.

I am purchasing Ms T's products for personal use and NOT for resale. Resale is strictly forbidden unless previously agreed to by Ms T's Bakery Essentials, and approved by written consent.

Use of Ms T's Bakery Essentials trademark business names (such as Ms T's Bakery, Ms T, Tammy, or Mrs T's) on any business website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. All images, text, descriptions and web URLs are the property of Ms T's Bakery Essentials, and may not be copied or used (including direct linking) by any internet business (including e-juice or e-cigarette related companies), forums, or blogs without Ms T's Bakery's prior written consent. This policy will be enforced to the fullest extent that law allows.

I understand that once I have placed this order, it is placed. If I make a mistake in the order I will contact customer service rather than placing another order and expecting the first to be cancelled. Any refund I receive for placing an errant order will be in store credit only, and NOT reapplied to my credit card. If an order is cancelled for any other reason, it will be refunded in store credit rather than to my credit card. By continuing with this order, I certify that I am aware of this policy, and if I choose to argue for the payment to be reapplied to my credit card, I agree to paying the $25 cancellation fee.

I understand that Ms T's does not accept returns, and can not give refunds. Ms T's cannot resell returned stock to other customers. Finding flavors to my liking is very subjective and may require a "trial and error" process. Also, flavors may change when used on 5v or higher devices!

I am aware that Ms T cannot compensate or assume responsibility/liability if any device does not work as expected with her liquids, or if it fails as a result of use with her liquids.

I understand that unused or improperly added discounts will not be retroactively applied to any order once the order has been placed.

I am aware that any estimates about the date I will receive my order are estimates only, and that delays may occur due to current overall orders placed with Ms T's, availability of items I ordered, shipping issues with the US Postal Service, etc.

I have entered my own account information, and I agree that Ms T's will not be held responsible for orders that do not reach me if I entered incorrect address information. I understand that free replacements will not be sent if I do not receive my package due to my own error. I have fully checked my address, email address, etc in my account to assure accuracy. Packages confiscated by one's government are ABSOLUTELY NOT replaceable or refundable. I understand and declare that If my country's customs department confiscates my package, Ms T will not be held responsible in any way and she will NOT provide a reimbursement or replacement. I am taking the gamble myself if my country does not allow these products. By continuing with this order, the receiver accepts all responsibility for the possibility of total loss, or additional necessary payments to the government. Ms T will NOT cover any fines, fees, tariffs, taxes, duties, etc. that are associated with international delivery. We also WILL NOT modify documentation to show a different value in order to lessen import costs. If any of these are problems in your country, we urge you to make a difference in your own country by speaking out in favor of e-cigs.
