2/7/12 -We are still experiencing delays longer than average. Since there are questions about the reasons, here they are: this time of year seems to be naturally high for orders. This along with the fact that awhile back we raised the max units allowable for all items has increased the average order size. Since everything is made by hand, this helps to increase the time neccessary to build the orders. Please remember, she does NOT create premade batches that sit around waiting to be ordered! Winter weather can be a factor sometimes since Ms T is in Maine, but we were only affected by that one day this year so far. Ms T works very long hours, often 7 days a week to get things done. Our standard practice is not to ship on Saturdays, but she has been shipping every Saturday for at least two months now. We are implementing other techniques to speed things up, so we are optomistic about that.

Customers are updated via email as soon as their order status changes. If you haven't received an update, your status has not yet changed. We apologize for this delay but Ms T can only work so fast. Please remember that it is unfair to put your order ahead of someone else's, because you may not like it if we placed orders in front of yours. Orders are created in the chronological order in which they are received. You can also check your order under your account settings on the website, and it will show you the correct status. Again, we apologize for the wait, but please remember that your juices are being created a few hours before they ship and we do not do batches that sit around and wait to be shipped! This is a handmade product, and it is not mass produced in 55 gallon drums. Your patience is appreciated.
