12/29/10 Why Your Account Does Not Work

If you are trying to log in and your old account login and password do not work, this is because there was a huge change to the website on 12/27/10.  Unfortunately, customer account data and history could not be migrated to the new system.  This old data is being kept on file, but everyone will need to re-enter their account information on their first order following the change.  Customer history will track from the first order after the change, onward.

We apologize if this is an inconvenience to anyone, but after we get through the transition, the new website will be better for everyone.  Please read the other news items regarding the site changes, and don't forget to look at the FAQ page.  Thanks from Ms T's!
